you inspired me to make myself some chili and it turned out wicked good.

mine was much more basic.

2 lbs Ground Beef
1 29 oz can diced tomatoes
1 29 oz can tomato sauce
3/4 of a large onion
1 tsp salt & pepper each
1.5 tbs chili powder
1 tsp garlic salt & onion powder each
1/2 tbs crushed red pepper

mine turned out pretty good... simple... but good. could have used more chili powder and a bit more heat
